Learner Information

Our online courses are available to individual candidates, or they can be accessed through your employer.

Should you wish to an create a personal account, you will need to contact us in order for us to set up an individual account for you. You will receive an email giving you a unique access code and you will be able to login, view your account, purchase credits and complete courses.

• When you log in, you will see a list of the courses you have purchased or been invited to complete.
• Some courses will show a deadline for completion.
• Some courses are limited as to the number of times you can retake the test should you fail to reach the pre-set pass mark.
• Click on the course you wish to complete.
• Follow the simple on screen instructions to work through the course.
• At the end of the course you will be informed whether you have passed or failed the course.
• If you have successfully passed the course a certificate will be sent either to the individual or their employer within 14 days.
